If you don’t have anyone close to you that can or will throw your baby shower for you, you can always throw your own.
It’s a little against tradition, but no one is stopping you.
Some circumstances you might find yourself in if you have to throw your own baby shower: You don’t have any female family members.
Who is supposed to Organise a baby shower?
One of the mum-to-be’s family members or close friends typically organises the baby shower. The mum is usually the guest of honour at the party, not the host. You can either host it before or after the baby is born. Ask the mum-to-be about what she would prefer.
